Giving and Receiving Feedback
Learners will expand their communication tool boxes to be able to better give and receive feedback and to do both in a way which will improve performance and foster trust and respect. 

 

Objectives:

  • Motivate positive behavior
  • Apply rewards and consequences
  • Ask for accountability
  • Give constructive feedback
  • Compliment people effectively
  • Receive feedback non-defensively
  • Identify ways to better manage the stress of challenging relationships
